Why is my Kingston Causeway heart ornament taking so long?
We promise, the hearts are being made as quickly as possible💚
✅As promised on the website homepage, all hearts will be completed by December 21st.
Each heart is made by hand and takes an hour to craft. Your purchase was a pre-sale. Hold tight! We are glad you are excited🥰

Why the delay on the hearts💚?
1. We were shocked to be sold out in first 2 days of ALL our pre-made hearts. A little learning curve here being new with metal work. Very grateful, but a little under prepared for the demand. #truthbomb
2. The family pneumonia take down happened. BIG TIME🦠 oh, boy it got us all good for 2 weeks.
3. The Canada post strike has taken away production time as we now need to deliver door to door. Please pick up at our shop in Kingston when possible. (347 Avenue Road) Wednesday to Friday 4-8Pm, Saturday and Sundays 11-4pm.
4. This is a hobby project. We work full-time and have a busy tween.
🙏Once again, thank you for your patience and understanding for our little historical art project. There are no more heart ornaments at this time, so hopefully you are happy to have one and don’t mind the little wait.
